GDPR — European Users

Data Transfers

Our servers are located in the EU. Where we use third-party services based outside the EU (e.g., Resend for email delivery), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).

Cookies and Consent

We use only necessary cookies and privacy-preserving analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings.

Supervisory Authority

If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g., the ICO in the UK, CNIL in France, or the relevant authority in your EU member state).

CCPA — California Residents

Your CCPA Rights

• Right to Delete — You may request deletion of personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to Correct — You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing — We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. No opt-out is required, but you may contact us to confirm.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under CCPA.
• Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under CCPA.

Categories of Personal Information Collected

In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers (e.g., email address submitted via contact form or newsletter sign-up).
• Internet or network activity (e.g., pages visited, browser type — collected anonymously via analytics).

We have not sold or disclosed personal information to third parties for commercial purposes.

Cookie Opt-Out

To opt out of analytics cookies, configure your browser to reject cookies or use a browser extension such as uBlock Origin. Our analytics are non-identifying and privacy-preserving; no action is required to avoid tracking by ad networks, as we do not use any.
